Purpose and basis of the processing
STIL processes personal data of test users for the purpose of selling and developing health solutions.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to perform sales and to conduct research into the operation of our health solutions and the administrative handling of this. The processed data include:
Name, address, place of residence, country, phone number, e-mail, year of birth;
Trouble with activities in daily living due too tremor; arm sizes, dominant arm;
Personal health data, including your tremor disorder and who diagnosed it, use of medication and which medication, and any results of usability tests to which has been given specific prior consent.
This data is processed on the basis of consent or on the basis of the agreement we conclude with you for the testing of our health solutions, such as the anti-tremor orthosis.
When we use data for statistical purposes we do so only with anonymized data. In that case the used data is no longer personal, because it is no longer traceable to you.
Personal data is processed by STIL only for the purpose for which it was collected.
Source of the processed data
The processed data is provided by yourself from either form on STILs websites, during the intake or collected during one or more examinations with STILs professionals.
Forwarding of personal data
STIL may share certain personal data with contracted distributors based on your location to facilitate the sales and distribution of our products. This sharing of information is essential to ensure the efficient delivery of our services and products to you.

STIL prioritizes the protection of your personal information and, therefore, shares data with contracted distributors while using appropriate security measures. Because STIL does not engage in automated individual decision-making and profiling, exercising this right is not applicable.
